Delivery Time

Asia: Approximately 4–7 days after ordering
USA: Approximately 5–10 days after ordering (including customs clearance)

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, based on destination country and quantity ordered.
Fees vary depending on weight and destination
(Asia approx. $15–25, USA approx. $25–45)

Customs Duties & Taxes

Additional customs duties and alcohol taxes may be charged, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If additional taxes occur, the shipping carrier will notify you separately. If taxes are unpaid, products may be returned.

Age Restrictions

Only customers who meet the legal drinking age in their destination country may purchase these products.
Identification verification may be required upon delivery, in compliance with local laws.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible for Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
Items damaged or broken during shipping
Incorrect items shipped
Items that are expired or contaminated upon arrival

Not Eligible for Returns

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
Change of mind (due to the nature of international shipping)
Damage caused by customer negligence
Products that have been partially or fully consumed
More than 7 days have passed since delivery
Returns caused by refusal to accept delivery or unpaid taxes (non-refundable)

All products are securely packaged in shockproof boxes to ensure safe delivery. Delivery delays may occur due to weather or customs conditions.
