How long does shipping take?

Asia: Approximately 4–7 days after ordering
USA: Approximately 5–10 days after ordering (including customs clearance)
※ Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing in each country.

Which courier do you use?

We use SHOPEE for Asia and FASTBOX for the United States.
The shipping method is automatically selected based on your region.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number on the courier’s website.
Go to the person icon at the top right → Orders → View to see your order.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Based on weight, destination, and DDP/DUU.

What happens if customs fails?

Buyer covers return and resend shipping fees.

How is customs clearance handled, and what happens if duties or taxes go unpaid?

The shipping company (Fastbox/Shopee) handles all customs procedures. Once you receive notice of any duties or taxes due, please complete payment within 48 hours. If payment is not made, your order may be returned.

USD is the base currency, with local conversions.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return due to change of mind?

No, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

My item is damaged.

Contact us within 5days with photos.

What are the conditions for returns and refunds?

Only defective or incorrect items are eligible. You must submit your request within 5 days of receipt (or the period specified). Returns are not accepted for change of mind, opened products, or damage caused by the customer. For full details, please see the “Shipping & Returns” section at the bottom of the main page.

When requesting a return, please include your order number and photos of the product.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred due to returns related to these fees.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before shipment (within 24 hours).

How long does a refund take?

What is the difference between distilled spirits, liqueurs, and pasteurized sake?

Distilled Spirits Strong liquor made by distillation
(e.g., Soju, Whiskey)

Liqueur Sweet, flavored alcohol with fruits or herbs
(e.g., Plum liqueur, Yuzu liqueur)

Pasteurized Sake Traditional fermented rice wine pasteurized to extend shelf life (e.g., Cheongju, Makgeolli)

How long is the shelf life?

Distilled Spirits Over 10 years (unopened)

Liqueur 2–3 years (unopened)

Pasteurized Sake 6–12 months (varies)

How should I store it?

Distilled Spirits Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Can stay at room temperature after opening.

Liqueur Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening

Pasteurized Sake Must be refrigerated. Consume soon after opening.

Can I change my order?

Yes, if the item hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us quickly.

What taxes apply?

If DDP is selected, we handle it. Otherwise, taxes may be collected on delivery.

What if customs holds my order?

First, contact your local customs. We’ll assist if needed.
